The majority of time the reason for this is due to wearing the wrong size bra or an ill fitting one.
The band of the bra will no doubt be too big and the cup too small. If a bra does not fit you correctly then no support will be given to stop the ‘bounce’! Also, even if the bra is the correct size and/or does fit you, the fabrics and other components used to make up a bra may not be sufficiently strong enough to carry the weight of your bust.
Please be aware that cheaper bras don’t necessarily mean lack of support. In fact many expensive bras may fit you but may not support you very well due to the delicate fabrics used.
Try out Freya's new Active range of sports bras, see picture. There's definitely no bounce when you wear one of these. And they go up to an H cup! We have lots in stock!
